AI has skyrocketed in the last couple of years as a tool for many to use creatively and in conjunction with their careers, but it has also been used for some companies to replace workers. The best way to protect yourself and your career against AI is to find a job that cannot be done by AI. Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sunday nights, spoke with Mendte in the Morning about which jobs are the most AI resistant.
“Anything where decisions matter and the pressure is high,” DeMuro told host Larry Mendte. “Nurse anesthetists, that’s number one, ER physicians, judges, general surgeons, commercial pilots; so you can see it’s all these kinds of industries where those split-second decisions are really important.”
DeMuro also talked about one of the most popular AI platforms implementing ads: “ChatGPT is getting ads for the first time…you’re going to see them at the bottom of your answers and they will be clearly labeled and they will be separate from the actual response.”
