Brooklyn's Crown Heights Community Looks for Answers Days After Mass Shooting

Jamel McGriff has been charged with multiple counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Frank and Maureen Olton in Queens, New York. The couple was found dead in their home on Monday, after being tortured and killed. Their house was then set on fire. McGriff, a career criminal with a record spanning three decades, was arrested on Wednesday and remains in custody.

Investigators believe McGriff gained entry to the Oltons' home, where he allegedly tortured and killed them before ransacking the house. He then set the couple and their residence on fire before fleeing the scene. The horrific crime has shocked the local community, and police are continuing their investigation into the incident.

According to the Queens District Attorney's Office, McGriff faces several charges, including first-degree murder and arson.
