Google’s annual hardware event ‘Made by Google’ took place on Wednesday with the tech giant announcing the latest version of their Google Pixel smartphone and some brand-new features. The announcements ranged from technological upgrades to hardware changes as well. Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sunday nights, spoke with Mendte in the Morning about the changes.

“As you might as expect Google is all about AI,” DeMuro tells host Larry Mendte. “When you get a text message from someone, Googles AI is already proactively looking through your messages, your calendars your emails and your screenshots to literally come up with the answer to the question that person is asking you.”

DeMuro loved one of the hardware upgrades that Google announced for their new Pixel smartphones: “Finally, we get an Android device with what’s called MagSafe but they’re calling it Pixelsnap which means you can put all kinds of magnetic accessories on the back of your phone.”
