One of the criticisms that Donald Trump has faced from the media and other countries is his willingness to work and negotiate with foreign leaders that many don’t like such as Vladimir Putin in Russia, and Kim Jong Un in North Korea. While some look at that as a negative, others see that as a positive of Trump’s time in office. Sean Spicer, Trump’s first press secretary, spoke with Mendte in the Morning about Trump’s motivation behind these negotiations.
“Trump loves a challenge,” Spicer tells host Larry Mendte. “He relishes the challenge of getting what has been elusive to everyone else.”
Spicer believes the President will use his past experience to justify these negotiations: “Donald Trump prides himself on the fact that for four years there were no foreign wars, no incursions, no annexing of land on his watch.”
