The WOR Morning Show talked with New York City Councilman, Chair of the Committee on Veterans, and Co-Chair of the NYC Council Common-Sense Caucus, Robert Holden, about ending the dangerous sanctuary city policies of NYC and New York State.
Holden said, "How many people out there want criminals and illegal aliens running around our streets? How many people would like to see the NYPD communicate with ICE, so when the cops catch a guy who has 17 arrests in the six months he's been in the country, he gets arrested and goes to jail? Instead, we shield them and hide them. I love what the new Border czar, Tom Holman, said on national TV. We have federal laws that state it is a felony to harbor an illegal alien who has committed a crime, and that's what is happening in NYC and New York State. I would love the Feds to go after our leaders, which means the Governor and Mayor who are shielding aliens who have detainers on them from ICE.
