Will Joe Biden Ever Talk To The Press Again?

As Joe Biden’s time in office comes to a close, it’s important to look at his unwillingness to speak to and answer questions from the press over the course of his presidency. Typically, a sitting President will hold a press conference at the end of each year to answer questions from the press and close out the calendar before the holidays, but Biden opted for an early vacation last year in another attempt to avoid the media. One such reporter who has experienced this firsthand is Reagan Reese, who is a White House Correspondent for the Daily Caller, and she joined the WOR Morning Show to discuss the President’s avoidance and if we will see him hold a press conference to close out 2024.

“He broke that tradition, so I think there’s definitely precedent for him to skip it again,” Reese tells host Larry Mendte. “But on the other hand, he doesn’t really have anything to lose, he’s not going to run for office again.”

In the end Reese doesn’t expect to see Biden answering questions again: “If he does [hold a press conference], I think people will be shocked.”
