Mayor Eric Adams is back in court on Friday, hoping to get a bribery charge against him dismissed.
Adams was hit with a five-count indictment, but his defense attorneys argue that there's no basis for the bribery charge because prosecutors haven't outlined a quid pro quo. Each side will have 20 minutes to argue their case.
The mayor has repeatedly promised to fight the charges and has refused to resign, despite calls for him to do so.
