President Biden appeared to have another concerning moment during a fundraiser in California on Sunday.
He was wrapping up an appearance with former President Obama, but then just stood motionless for several seconds staring out into the crowd while Obama was waving those in attendance. Obama then grabbed Biden by the wrist to get his attention and patted him on the back as he led him off the stage.
The Biden campaign said the star studded fundraiser brought in $30 million.
