If Hunter Is Found Guilty, He Could Be Jailed For 25 Years

ABC News National correspondent Steven Portnoy talked with Len Berman and Michael Riedel about the Hunter Biden gun trial.

Portnoy said, the Hunter Biden gun trial stems from his purchase of a gun in 2018. Prosecutors say Hunter was on drugs when he signed a federal gun permit document. Hunter claims he mistakenly signed the document. Hunter decided to not take the stand, which was a smart move because he will not open himself up to a cross examination that could lead to more charges. The charges against the President's son could add up to 25 years behind bars, but since it was a non-violent infraction, it is unlikely he will see any jail time. The trial could wrap up as early as today.
