Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with News Nation legal contributor and Co-host of WOR's "Always in Fashion" Jesse Weber about the Trump hush money trial as it goes to jury deliberations.
Jesse explained how the judge will give final instructions to the jury before sending them out to begin deliberations. Jesse believes the likely outcome of the trial will be a hung jury, giving the judge the option of retrying the case or sending the jury back for more deliberations. Jesse thinks there is no chance former President Trump would see jail time, but he could get probation, conditional discharge without supervision, or even community service. Jesse said, "Don't expect to see the former President on the side of the highway wearing an orange jumpsuit picking up garbage, it won't be that type of community service."
