Former President Donald Trump began a busy court day by holding a campaign rally with construction workers in Midtown.

He shook hands in the area of Park Avenue and 48th Street as supporters chanted, "We Love Trump." The former president's unannounced campaign stop came before his required attendance at his hush money trial in Lower Manhattan.

Also on Thursday, the Supreme Court heard arguments about whether Trump has presidential immunity from prosecution in the special counsel's January 6th case.
