There is a chance former President Trump will not come up with the half-a-billion-dollar fine by Monday. If so, will New York Attorney General Letitia James put for sale signs up on Trump's properties? Len Berman and Michael Riedel asked WOR White House correspondent Jon Decker to sort things out.
Decker said, "I would take New York State Attorney General Letitia James at her word, she will do anything necessary to satisfy the judgment. That doesn't mean if Trump can't raise the money by Monday there will be a padlock on the front doors of Trump Tower, but the process of selling his properties will begin on Tuesday at the latest. Trump's lawyers offered a 100-million-dollar payment, but that was shut down by Attorney General James.
