New Jersey, MTA Meet Over Congestion Pricing Lawsuit

Officials from New Jersey and MTA may be trying to settle a lawsuit that's centered on congestion pricing.

The sides met in Newark on Wednesday, with a $15 toll to travel south of 60th Street scheduled to begin in June. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has complained that drivers from his state will be charged twice, because they're also paying the toll for the Hudson River bridges and tunnels.

Congestion pricing has faced multiple protests and lawsuits since being approved.
