Does Andrew Cuomo Want to be Mayor of NYC?

Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with New York City Council Minority Leader Joe Borelli and Democratic Strategist Melissa DeRosa about rumors that have former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo running for the Mayor of New York in 2025.

Borelli said of Andrew Cuomo, 'He is the ultimate finger in the wind politician. It's all a political facade, first he's for congestion pricing, now he's against the policy because voters hate the plan. Cuomo wants to be thought of as a moderate now."

Melissa DeRosa, who worked with Cuomo while he was governor said, "Cuomo thinks that congestion pricing is the right policy, but this may not be the right moment to implement the plan. New York is incredibly fragile right now, and Cuomo is trying to help Eric Adams with the migrant crisis.
