New Yorkers are getting one final chance to sound off on the MTA's congestion pricing plan.
The last of four public hearings is being held on Monday, with the agency planning to charge drivers $15 during peak hours to travel south of 60th Street. It's scheduled to take effect in June, however it's facing multiple lawsuits that could slow it down.
There have been widespread complaints and protests about the costs. Several groups have also come out and demanded an exemption.
