With the expulsion of Sen. George Santos in December of 2023, New York's 3rd Congressional District has languished without representation. All that changes after tomorrow's special election between Republican Mazi Pilip and Democrat Tom Suozzi. Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with Mazi Pilip to get her feelings on tomorrow's vote.
Mazi said, " People are pointing to Suozzi's experience as a former politician to win voters over. Who needs that kind of experience, he and the rest of the Democrats are responsible for the border being wide open and closer to home; his party has allowed migrants to take over the city and ruin it financially. Suozzi also stands behind the democratic rule of not arresting criminals and forgoing laws like shoplifting. The big issues that will help me win are the border and the migrant crisis." said Mazi.
