Len Berman and Michael Riedel talked with WORs legal expert Jesse Weber from the Law and Crime Network and Always in Fashion on WOR radio. Jesse and the guys talked about the alleged Gilgo Beach murderer Rex Heuermann. Jesse and the guys discussed Heuermann asking for a Public Defender to represent him and the challenges they may face. Weber told the guys if he were to represent Heuermann, he'd present the case by admitting his client did have sex with the women, explaining how his DNA got on the bodies, but they were alive when he left them. Jesse reminded Len and Michael that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
