Len and Michael talked with New Jersey Restauranter Tim Mcloone this morning. Mcloone, who owns a few Jersey Shore restaurants told the guys business has picked up quite a bit even before the Summer officially opens because of the mild weather. Young kids, who were afraid to work during covid are now back looking for jobs, so they are looking good there added Mcloone. Mcloone told the guys the biggest problem he's having is finding experienced managers and bartenders. Mcloone said there are such shortages businesses are competing with each other by offering more cash than ever before.
