ABC News Aviation Expert John Nance talked with Len and Michael about the Biden administration's plan of making airlines pay passengers if delays are their fault. Nance says he expects Airline CEOs to claim the move will kill them financially, which doesn't surprise anyone because it's their job to minimize expenses. Nance told the guys if the Biden plan was enacted, it would take until next Christmas to implement, if not longer.
