Len and Michael talked with Vincent Cannato, author of 'Ungovernable City.' Cannato told the guys he doesn't believe Mayor Adams is in over his head, but has limited power, and he must answer to the legislators in Albany. Cannato talked about the rising crime and tax rates causing New Yorkers to flee the city and state, taking their tax revenue dollars with them. One of the first problems New Yorkers want taken care of is the MTA. It's a money pit that is always in financial trouble despite the city and federal government giving the system billions of dollars.
