State and Feds Will Chip in to Help NYC With Immigrant Costs

Len and Michael talked with Greg David, the Director of the Newmark Graduate School of Economics and Business. Greg and the guys talked about solving NYCs numerous money issues. Mayor Adams says the care of the illegal immigrants will cost the city nearly four billion dollars over the next two years. Greg told the guys NYC will receive 1 billion dollars from the States Budget and the Federal Government will chip in another 800 million dollars. Greg said the biggest problem regarding immigrants, is the time it takes for the city to grant work permits, change the rules and let them work.
