Len and Michael talked to the star of the highly anticipated Broadway musical SHUCKED on this morning's show. Calhoon talked with guys about the eight years it took him to get the play up and running because of creative differences and the pandemic. Calhoon credited Robert Horn, former writer of the hit series Designing Women, with writing the hilarious, heartfelt book the play is based on. Calhoon told the guys that tourists come up to him after the show and say I'm from Iowa, I'm from Nebraska, thank you so much for doing a play based on the way we live. Calhoon continued, 'Even jaded New Yorkers love the show.' SHUCKED opens tonight at the Nederlander Theater.
