What should you do if a co-worker stinks? That was the question Len and Michael asked the New York Post's Career Advice Columnist Greg Giangrande. Greg told the guys as a Human Resource professional he has dealt with this problem and shared this story. A man who worked in a small office kept wearing a mask after the company dropped mask mandates because of the odor coming off his co-worker. Greg said the person making the complaint must make sure the smell is not generated by a medical condition or cultural differences. If that's not the case, the worker making the complaint should try to talk with his co-worker about the problem. If that doesn't work, you go to Human Resources and discuss the issue.
