Accused shoplifter Wilfredo Ocasio was caught and is being held on bail for 27 recent heists at Duane Reade stores in the five boroughs. Ocasio was caught this week while trying to steal goods from the Duane Reade in the Financial District. Ocasio's rap sheet shows he served time in prison for rape and robbery convictions in the past.
