Len and Michael talked with former Nassau County Executive Laura Curran. Curran was not surprised that Gov. Kathy Hochul only agreed to one debate with Republican challenger Lee Zeldin. Curran told the guys it's common practice in politics for the frontrunner to dodge debates. Curran also told the guy's democrats need to take crime more seriously. Gov. Hochul said the crime in the city is just a perception and when people hear and read about it every day, so it seems worse than it is. Curran says she uses the subway when she comes to the city but is always on guard. The Zeldin v Hochul debate is tonight on NY1.
