Len and Michael talked with ABC News correspondent Jim Ryan about the growing problem of shoplifting. According to the National Retail Federation 69% of shops and stores have seen an increase of organized retail criminal activity. With the nation going soft on crime crooks have become more emboldened in their thievery. Violent smash and grab crimes in high end stores has also skyrocketed.
