Len and Michael talked with new Sanitation Commissioner, Jessica Tisch this morning. Tisch told the guys that since she's been on the job, she secured a 40 million dollar increase in spending on street cleaning. She also increased the number of trash cans in NYC. Garbage collectors in the city empty 50,000 corner trash cans a week.
