Len and Michael talked with author Vincent Cannato about his latest book, 'Ungovernable City.' The book outlines how major US cities are losing the ability to police their populations. In NYC people like to say we are headed back to the bad old days of the 70-80's. Cannato tells the guys the city isn't that far gone yet, but it's definitely heading in that direction. Cannato reminded the guys that just last week Mayor Adams went down to the subway and was shocked how bad things have become on the trains and platforms. Since Adams has been in office the crime rate has spiked by 40%.
