With just a few days to go before the primary in the race for Governor of New York, a new poll shows Governor Kathy Hochul with a big lead in the Democratic field.
Hochul receives 54 percent of the vote in a new SurveyUSA poll. Tom Suozzi is a distant second at 18 percent, while Jumaane Williams is at 11 percent.
The Republican race for governor is much closer. Lee Zeldin leads the field with 25 percent of the vote, but Andrew Giuliani is close behind at 23 percent. Harry Wilson is third at 13 percent, while Rob Astorino gets 8 percent of the vote.
The primary is June 23rd.
