Meet The NYC Resident Who Caught The Brooklyn Subway Mass Shooter

The man wanted in connection to the mass shooting in New York City from Tuesday, April 12th has been caught. He is now in custody in Manhattan more than 24 hours after the shooting.

Twitter User, Samantha Zirkin posted a video talking to Zack about catching the New York City subway mass shooter. "I was working the store, and looking at the security cameras inside. And I saw him from the cameras. And said 'oh it’s this guy, let me call the police.'" Thank you Zack for everything!  

Police confirmed at least 16 individuals were transported to hospitals for injuries including five listed in critical condition.
