John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are selling their $18 million NYC apartment.
The New York City home is located in Nolita, also known as, North of the neighborhood Little Italy. The apartment is going for a crazy $18 million. Legend told The Wall Street Journal that he and Teigen, will look for a new home base in the city that does not require any work and keep building on the West Coast. Their 6,200 square foot apartment is on the 5th and 6th floor of the building. The building is landmarked, a 19th-century building named the Brewster Carriage House.
The penthouse has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 gas fireplaces, white oak flooring, several skylights, a wine refrigerator and heated floors in the bathrooms. The place also has a private roof deck which is about 3,300-square-feet with its own irrigation system and grill.
