NJ Restaurants Go Viral For Threatening Workers With ‘Five Star’ Policy

Two New Jersey chain restaurants have found themselves in the middle of a viral storm after photos were posted on Reddit of an employee notice that workers were required to earn at least five “five-star” reviews each month mentioning them by name in order to keep their jobs.

The company moved quickly to fix the problem after the pics went viral over the weekend, throwing a lot of attention at Tio Taco and Tequila Bar and Tommy’s Tavern and Tap. A director for the company told the press that the employee that posted the policy had been fired and that it was “100% not company policy.”
