An NYPD officer is being called a hero for saving a man's life with an empty bag of potato chips and a roll of tape. Officer Ronald Kennedy used those supplies after a man was stabbed in the chest in Harlem back on July 7th. Turns out, the bag of chips was the perfect size to cover the wound and the man survived. Where did Officer Kennedy come up with such an idea? He says he learned the life-saving move from his days working as an EMT.
