New York/Newark Overtakes L.A. For Nation’s Worst Traffic

NYC First Major City To Attempt To Cap Number Of Ride-Hailing Services

Congratulations Los Angeles! You no longer have the worst traffic in the nation! A reported from Texas A&M’s Transportation Institute found ominous honor now goes to New York-Newark. They found that drivers in that region ended up stuck in traffic for 494,268 hours last year. In comparison, drivers in the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim area were only stuck a mere 365,543 hours during the same time window.
