Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said that the criminal justice system in New York City is a mess while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"The criminal justice system is broken and not working. No one is working with each other. It's supposed to be a system," said Bratton.
