NJ Police Confirm Two Dead, 12 Injured At House Party

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy calls a mass shooting at a birthday party in South Jersey "a despicable and cowardly act." In a tweet yesterday morning, Murphy urged anyone with information about the shooting to come forward.

Police say that two people were killed and at least a dozen wounded when gunfire broke out just before midnight Saturday at a house in Bridgeton, located about 50 miles west of Atlantic City.

There were reportedly hundreds of people at the home taking part in a 90's-themed birthday celebration. Police say a 30-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were killed. There were no immediate arrests or suspects.
