Rudy Giuliani Gets Raided By The FBI

Richard Branson & Rudy Giuliani Visit "Cavuto" On FOX Business Network

Just after 6am yesterday morning, federal agents are raided Rudy Giuliani's New York City apartment and office as part of a criminal investigation into his dealings in Ukraine. Reports indicate the probe, which is part of a two-year investigation, is focusing on Giuliani's lobbying efforts while he was former President Trump's personal lawyer.

Investigators reportedly seized Giuliani's electronic devices after serving a federal warrant. A warrant needs to be approved by a judge and prosecutors need to prove a search would show evidence of a crime. It’s worth noting that sources Giuliani willingly handed over "all electronic devices" to the FBI.

The source said FBI agents were escorted to Giuliani's apartment by his doorman. Giuliani turned over one cell phone, one iPad and one laptop and nothing else. The source says FBI agents were at the apartment for approximately 45 minutes, adding that conversation was "cordial" and they "couldn't have been nicer."
