Apple is being sued over its iPhone warranty and claims about how water resistant the smartphones are.
The federal lawsuit launched Saturday in New York City was filed as a class action complaint. To skip around the legal jargon: Apple tested their phones with plain water. Because of that, the water resistance claim...and any claims for water damage you file for⦠donāt include pool water or salt water (the ocean).
The suit also points out that Appleās suggestion of rinsing off a phone thatās been douse with juice or anything like it, may make the warranty void.
