A New York made headlines recently after setting a dubious distinction for dereliction, when he was arrested three times in one day by New York State Police.
Robbie Radek was arrested once in the morning and then twice more in the afternoon on March 7, 2021.
Here’s how the strange day broke unfolded:
7:55am – Radek was pulled over for a traffic violation when it was discovered his license was suspended and he had crack cocaine in his possession. He was charged with a drug misdemeanor and given a ticket with mandatory court appearance for April 19.
2:30pm – He was pulled over again by the same officer. This time, heroin and crack cocaine in the car, resulting in another charge, another ticket, and another court appearance April 19.
5:45pm – He was stopped for “multiple vehicle and traffic law infractions.” Since the officer determined Radek was “impaired by drugs,” he was given two felony charges and released on another appearance ticket for April 20.
