New York Farm Wants To Feed Your Christmas Tree To Its Goats

A farm in Ulster County, New York would love your old Christmas tree, so they can feed them to their goats.

Saddle Ridge Farm says you can just leave your tree by the mailbox, at 85 Pancake Hollow Road in Highland. Apparently, the goats love to munch on the old pine needles, which isn't much of a surprise considering they'll eat pretty much any green vegetation.

Over the summer the Ashokan Reservoir used goats to clean out poison ivy and other underbrush.

Theis farm isn’t the only one using goats to dispose of the trees. It’s a big trend this year and is certainly more fun than leaving it at the curb.
