Manhattan DA Won’t Enforce Trump Tax Return Subpoena Until Appeal Is Heard

There will be no effort to enforce a subpoena for President Trump's tax returns until there's a ruling on an appeal by Trump in the case.

That's the word which came from Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr.'s office yesterday. The DA is trying to get an accounting firm to give up eight years of related documents for both Trump and his company. The news comes just a few days after the “New York Times” said Trump's federal income tax bill was only 750-dollars in both 2016 and 2017.
