You can help researchers move further forward with a COVID-19 vaccine.
Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey is looking for volunteers for the final phase of a coronavirus vaccine. Doctor Ihor Sawczuk is the Chief of Research at the hospital and is taking the vaccine himself.
He says he wouldn’t ask someone to do what he wouldn’t do himself.
The hospital is one of a number of sites nationwide taking part in Moderna's research. The biotech company is looking to test 300 volunteers at Hackensack. Doctors say they are trying to see the level of antibody in each patient.
If you are chosen for the study, you’ll get a $600 stipend.
