A three-year-old little girl is showing her gratitude for those on the frontlines of COVID-19 by delivering homemade baked goods with a smile. Mia Villa has been baking since she was 18-months-old and with some help from her mom, she’s made more than 1-thousand cookies, which she brings to hospital staff, supermarket workers, and the police and fire departments, all from a safe distance.
The tot from Stillwater, New York started “Mia’s Cookie Jar” and her Facebook “cookie followers,” as she likes to call them, give her suggestions for where to share her tasty treats. Since she’s been perfecting her recipe for half her life, you know these cookies are good. And to make them even sweeter? Mia includes a hand-drawn picture with every box she delivers.
