Deputies in New York’s Chautauqua County have thrown the book at an allegedly drunken Amish teenage buggy driver. According to cops, Adam Byler rolled his buggy through a stop sign at a “high rate of speed” causing the buggy to “tip over.” As a result, the people in the buggy were tossed out and the horse pulling the buggy was injured. Now? Byler is facing charges of driving/torturing an animal, second degree reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child (since one of those thrown from the buggy was 17) along with operating an Amish buggy while drunk.
