Two men who posed as NYPD officers and robbed a New York City jewelry store in the daytime heist have been arrested. Ismael Igartua and Jose Rodriguez entered the store and identified themselves as officers to the owner. They claimed to be inspecting any firearms the store owner may have had and when he handed the gun to them, they tied him up and robbed the store. They were apprehended a short time later in a subway station several blocks from the location of the heist.
