Grandfather Holds Homeschool Graduation For Nephew And Granddaughter

Ronald Wilson of Spring, Texas has a 5 year-old nephew and a 7-year-old granddaughter. Wilson decided to take homeschooling into his own hands after he scored a 50 on a school assignment. This grandfather creates his own curriculum including taking the kids on a field trip to see the state flower of Texas. He also taught them how to make pizza's for Home Economics and taught them to drive in his version of Driver's Ed (don't worry his version of driver's ed was with fake cars). When they were all done he gave his kids a graduation.

"Since we are dealing with the unknown we should make the best of it." WIlson expresses that being at home with his grandchildren he saw a great opportunity to spend some time with them. "I think we should be more kind to each other and spend more time with each other," Wilson says of spending this quality time with his grandchildren in quarantine.

How are you spending your time in quarantine? Have you done any special school projects?
