Getting free online advice on hitting, fielding, and throwing from a three-time American League MVP isn't something that comes around often. Alex Rodriguez is planning to do exactly that today.
Yeah, so grab the kid and the iPad and be outside today at five PM EST when the 14-time All-Star will host a session on Instagram called "A-Rod Baseball Brunch.”
"Since we're in this crazy situation, I've decided to teach a little baseball," Rodriguez said in a video on Twitter. "I'm going to teach you a little bit about hitting, fielding, and throwing. I'm going to show you the tricks of the trade that I did when I was 12, 13, 14 years old to get ready to play Major League Baseball."
Guessing the former 22-year veteran will give tips on how to do all the things that helped him hit 696 career home run—you know, having hand-eye coordination and avoiding drug tests.
