NJ Woman Who Tested Positive For COVID-19 And Disappeared Has Been Found

New Jersey officials are breathing a sigh of relief after a COVID-19 positive woman went on the lam.

Authorities tried to find a woman who tested positive for coronavirus, after she allegedly provided a false name and address. Mayor Ras Baraka had shared the details that the woman provided a Newark address when she arrived at East Orange General Hospital this past Saturday, ultimately testing positive for COVID-19.

Smartly, the details were shared in the press, because now the woman’s been located. Baraka tweeted yesterday "UPDATE: We have located the woman that was reported to have tested positive for Coronavirus. Thank you everyone for your vigilance.”
