Commuters are hoping for a normal ride into the city on Tuesday after big disruptions at Penn Station on Monday night.
A power failure major delays and cancelations, with one train disabled heading into the station. Some riders were stuck on trains for hours.
Power was restored about 9:30 on Monday night with residual delays continuing deep into the night. Officials said riders should expect a normal commute on Tuesday.
