A funeral will take place on Long Island on Thursday for 8-year-old Thomas Valva, who was allegedly forced to seep in an unheated garage.
Temperatures plunged into the teens and Valva was later found dead.
His father, NYPD officer Michael Valva and his fiancée Angela Pollina, have both been indicted and will be arraigned next week.
A wake was held on Thursday and Friday’s funeral is being held this morning at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church in Melville.
